Orion Tiatia brings more than two decades of business and commercial experience to OMG International, combining entrepreneurial insight with a strong understanding of talent development, partnerships and the creator economy.
As Talent Development Manager, Orion works closely with some of the Asia-Pacific region’s most recognised digital creators, including UCEGANG, Jizza The Owner, Uso Jax and many more. His focus is on identifying opportunities, developing talent, building strategic partnerships and turning creative influence into sustainable commercial growth.
In 2022, Orion was recognised with the Tū Rangatira Kama’atu Award for Pacific Business Entrepreneur, reflecting his commitment to creating opportunities, developing people and building meaningful commercial pathways. His experience, relationships and hands-on approach make him a key force behind OMG’s talent development and growth strategy.
